    • Founded in 1923, Maison Constanti embodies the artisanal tradition in Béarn. As a family business, we passionately perpetuate the art of bakery, pastry, chocolate factory, confectionery and ice cream. Our creations are the result of a know-how transmitted from generation to generation, using qualitative ingredients, mainly from our region. 


      We are proud to present our unique specialties, such as our chocolate berets with refined flavors, gourmet tribute to France and Béarn, not to mention our famous corn bread in natural or spicy version.     The pastries at this shop are to die for. They were so patient with our very limited French. This was a quick walk from Château Porthos

    A prize! It's a walk-in boulangerie patiserie so they don't have many tables. If you have a place to park. The lady 🤶 very friendly only speaks French but with signs and with a nice smile we understood each other. The most important thing is that the cakes are spectacular, simply wonderful. The chocolate one is crazy 😜 and the other two, one cherry 🍒 and the other pistachio, are delicious. The average price per cake is 3.50. Of course, unfortunately the coffee is from a capsule machine but that was the least of it, my family and I were eating the cakes with enthusiasm and absolute happiness, thank you.
