We took a chalet for 1 week, the setting is very beautiful and clean. The managers are nice. On the other hand, we are disappointed with the accommodation, very small, the room with the bunk beds looks like Harry Potter's storage room, the mattresses are not comfortable, the sofa bed either, there are not enough kitchen utensils and cooking basics (whisk, oven, salt, pepper...), there is no hood, when you cook you asphyxiate the whole house, there is no Wi-Fi, the TV is still tiny smaller than a computer screen, in the bathroom, the shower head is broken, when you're tall it's complicated, adjusting the water is the old-fashioned way, it's a hassle, the windows are single-glazed, you can hear everything and there's no privacy. This one-week stay was not at all comfortable, given the price, it would be good to optimize this accommodation and offer your customers a more advantageous service. Kind regards Mr Laroche and his family.
