Auberge des Roses is a gourmet restaurant nestled at the foot of the Jurançon vineyards.
Quiet, in a traditional building and Béarnaise, the restaurant has a room with stones and exposed beams and a fireplace that will warm you in the winter.
In fine weather, you can enjoy a wooded and flowery outside, a large terrace shaded by a large pergola that can accommodate you on beautiful summer days (possibility to organize your group meals up to 40 people).
The chef offers his fish specialties directly from the auction of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. He elaborates a traditional cooking based on fresh and seasonal products, which allows today the Auberge des Roses to have the distinction "Michelin plate".

Hervé and his team are happy to welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday from noon to 1.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
