Succumb to the delights cooked by passionate artisans, and treat yourself to quality products. Since 1919, Maison Bignalet has been refining its family recipes using artisanal know-how that has been passed down from generation to generation, for the greatest pleasure of your palates.
Developed in their workshop in Bellocq, the preserves and jars are made from noble products, from the best producers of Chalosse and the southern Adour. Foie gras, duck sleeve, pork confit, Gascon pâté, rillettes, black pudding or ready meals, the range is varied where each recipe is a treat to taste. It must be said that particular care is taken in the selection of raw materials, between Chalosse IGP Label Rouge beef, IGP pork from the southwest, milk-fed veal or lamb from the Pyrenees, Béarn and the Basque Country.
