Passionate peasants for 5 generations, at Maison Ange, in Sauveterre-de-Béarn, we are committed to offering products from our know-how, our traditions, our terroirs, simple, authentic, Béarn products!
Our productions are reasoned with respect for the environment, animal welfare and peasant common sense!
We breed blond d'Aquitaine cows, farm chickens, full-range outdoor ewes.
The force-feeding of ducks is also a tradition in our beautiful region, as well as the pig!
We participate in the protection of the Bearn breed cow as well as the Pyrenean goat, breeds with low numbers, part of our Bearn heritage!
We welcome you to our home, to the farm, to make you discover all our products.
We offer packages of beef, veal, lamb and pork, free-range chickens, fresh fatty ducks.
You will also find something to feast on thanks to our canned veal axoa, beef stew, duck confit, foie gras, sausages...
