The Gardens of the Castle of Viven Gardens, Parks in Viven

COME AND DISCOVER THE DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THESE GARDENS THROUGHOUT THE SEASONS IN VIVEN.

Located 20 km north of Pau in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques in Béarn, the gardens can be visited all year round by appointment, alone, guided and for groups from May 15 to October 15.

Opening hours of the Gardens: from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., closed on Sundays and public holidays except by appointment, during World Heritage Days in September and Rendez-vous aux Jardins in June, as well as national meetings and cultural events.

Each tree or shrub is geolocated, numbered and bears a label mentioning its French name, its botanical family and also a QR code.

By scanning the QR code, you arrive directly on the arboretum website which will give you a more complete description of the plant.

You have the possibility to enjoy the gardens throughout the day, the visit lasts approximately 2 hours.

You have a document to discover the flora in complete autonomy thanks to the QR CODE indicated on each tree and shrub in the gardens. They are numbered and have a label mentioning their French name, just take a photo of the QR code and you arrive directly on the arboretum website which will give you the complete sheet of the plant.
