La Table d'Iskö - Restaurants A table with local flavors 800m from the Gourette resort

In a completely renovated space in the heart of BaseCamp, lovers of good food will find something to delight their palates and taste buds at the Iskö restaurant and bar. Local products, generosity and sharing are on the menu in an elegant black and wood setting.

A cuisine of the heart and the land

Like BaseCamp and its chef, Rémi WEISROCK, our warm dishes will bring comfort and indulgence. With a clear desire to highlight the region's producers, you will find local emblems on your plate: sheep's cheese from the Ossau Valley, Noir de Bigorre, Bellota ham, trout from the Pyrenees... The spectacle of the asador - matured meats grilled in Argentinian barbecue style - should also attract "serious" carnivores. Vegetarians will not be left out with creative dishes based on seasonal products. One piece of advice: come hungry.

We offer raclette and fondue kits, available by reservation at reception for dinner in the chalet.

Coffee & Chill

Cappuccino, latte macchiato, hazelnut... Sweet little names for specialty coffee lovers to discover all day long with the bar team in a wooded and cozy setting. Also come and taste local beers, cocktails and mocktails at the counter or by the fire. For the more curious, pay tribute to the Iskö liqueur, a liqueur made from Armagnac (Maison Laubade) with spices from Petits Fruits (Campan, Hautes-Pyrénées).

Breakfast at Iskö

By booking your nights in a chalet or gîte, you can choose to be independent (all our kitchens are equipped), or choose a half-board or full-board option. Breakfast is then served in the restaurant from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., in the form of a buffet of regional products.
