The chef, Baptiste Lartigau took over the reins of the establishment in 2019 and offers osmosis between traditional and authentic, creative and elegant cuisine, which is perfectly integrated into the menus. Vegetables, spices and herbs enhance meat and fish. The menu changes with the seasons.
