Rémi and his brother Hugo, Chef, welcome you all year round for lunch from Monday to Saturday, as well as on Saturday evening in one of the 4 dining rooms, or on the shaded terrace. Chickens and free-range duck breasts, beets from the garden and lambs from the Pyrenees, the products are carefully selected, local and seasonal. The menu is varied since it evolves according to the market, offering simple and authentic recipes prepared with fresh ingredients.
