  I come here a lot after buying my groceries at the market. The staff is very nice, and they take care of you quickly and professionally. Today I had a carpaccio of tomatoes and mozzarella. They were yellow tomatoes and absolutely delicious. Really juicy. The dressing was fantastic. I also had their escargot. They were fine. They weren’t the best I’ve ever had (and let’s be clear here, I’m talking about the garlic butter! :-)), And they were far from the worst I’ve ever had. They were, as the French say, “correct.“ You can sit outside or inside. I didn’t give a great score on the atmosphere, simply because it’s in market/mall-type environment. It’s nice to sit outside and you’re shaded from the sun, which can get extremely hot here in the summer. There’s nothing special about the atmosphere, but it’s pleasant. It’s the staff (and the good food), not to mention the ease of it all, that keeps me coming back.

  We're first time in Pau, and were absolutely happy to find this place. We had great food and came twice during our time in Pau. Must give credits to our waiter Tom which gave us excellent recommendation for wine.
