In a very pretty setting, you will enjoy fine and elaborate cuisine, refined and sought-after. Exquisite flavors, which vary to adapt to the seasons , cooked by Chefs Maxime and Nicolas using good local and fresh products from Béarn. You will be welcomed with a smile by Louise, for a friendly moment , with family or friends.

Incredible restaurant- people in Pau are so lucky! We came here with our in laws who are local here. What a wonderful place and the food is beyond the world. I have never had something so delicate and delicious at the same time. Highly recommend and not to be missed if you’re ever in Pau!
