  Disappointed, I bought a pair of shoes for a gift on Friday, the size and model did not fit, so I returned on Saturday in the hope of getting a refund. I am only offered a credit... The purchase dates from the day before the return... I would have returned 15 days later, ok for a credit, but the next day anyway... In any case I would not put it back no more feet to buy or eat.

  I ordered a sweatshirt online which never arrived, no refund and the store cannot be reached by telephone. Update: the store contacted me again later and I will be reimbursed 👍
