Very disappointed with customer service! Pair of sneakers (109 euros) purchased 4 months ago which completely tore on the front and no solution offered. I don't think shoes can last 4 months. I contacted the brand to denounce the lack of professionalism of this reseller.
Pair of shoes ordered and I realize I got the wrong size. I contact next showroom to have it changed and I am kindly welcomed. Satisfied with the service, I patiently wait for the order only I receive a message telling me that they do not have the pair because they received.... two straight shoes. They still refunded me but it's pretty weird..
