Preserves, foie gras, cured meats, IGP Bayonne hams, Chalosse hams, ready meals or fresh products, each bite is a treat for the taste buds. The raw materials are carefully selected between IGP Label Rouge Chalosse beef, milk-fed veal, IGP pork from the southwest or lamb meat from the Pyrenees, Béarn and the southwest, seasoned with salt from Salies-de-Béarn.
