The artisanal know-how and family recipes have been preserved for all these years to delight your palates with exceptional products, pure delights to be enjoyed without moderation.
Preserves, foie gras, cured meats, IGP Bayonne hams, Chalosse hams, ready meals or fresh products, each bite is a treat for the taste buds. The raw materials are carefully selected between IGP Label Rouge Chalosse beef, milk-fed veal, IGP pork from the southwest or lamb meat from the Pyrenees, Béarn and the southwest, seasoned with salt from Salies-de-Béarn.
