Welcome to the Erbin brothers: Beñat the eldest and Michel the second. We have taken up the torch from our retired parents, to live from our passion: agriculture.
In a calm and serene green setting, we raise sheep to produce farm sheep's cheese in AOP Ossau-Iraty.
Guided by our parents Pierre and Maïté, we transform all the dairy production into cheese. We also refine and ensure the sale in short circuit, directly from the producer to the consumer.
Convinced of the merits of peasant agriculture, we are concerned about the environment, the quality of products and we campaign for the survival of small structures. We are certified in organic farming.
In winter on the family farm in the plain, we share our trade on the markets or fairs; and when the fine weather comes, we move to the heights of the Pyrenees to produce mountain pasture cheese and also talk to campers or visitors to the farm.
Our production is varied and entirely farm-based: suckling lamb, veal reared under the mother, sheep's cheese in AOP Ossau-Iraty, mountain pasture cheese in AOP Ossau-Iraty, Kintoa pigs (black pie breed from the Basque Country, in PDO Kintoa), sunflower oil from first cold pressing.
Do not hesitate to come and see us. Our doors are wide open to taste, taste, exchange or simply share our piece of land.
Find us on the market of Navarrenx every Wednesday, on the market of Sauveterre de Béarn every Saturday, and on Sunday find us on the market of Navarrenx from June to the end of August.
