Put on your sneakers to follow Stéphane, a passionate mountain guide who will take you on a group excursion of around 3 hours. After an hour's walk, you arrive at the farm and the shop to discover the animals, sheep's milk cheeses, some regional products and Sophie's artisanal soaps , made from Pyrenean goat milk (a local breed), and of sheep. Take the time to taste the farm's cheese and leave with some soaps, the return takes about an hour before returning to the cars. In summer transhumance from June to October, an essential rhythm for the operation, Stéphane is only available at the start of the school year to help you discover the Pyrenees, and the products processed at Stéphane and Sophie's Farm. In winter, it also offers snowshoe outings in the Ossau Valley, always on the leitmotif of Pastoralism. A bottle of Jurançon and a few cheeses in the bag, everything is ready for a successful expedition !

Both from family farms in the Ossau Valley, Stéphane and Sophie are enthusiasts who respect the rhythm of the seasons in extensive breeding. The animals' harmony with nature is a priority, which is why they limit inputs and opt for a natural diet . Calving in spring allows the ewes to be outside during milking, grazing on very green and rich grass for quality milk. Seasonal lambing, summer transhumance and extensive breeding reflect Stéphane and Sophie's desire to run a traditional farm that respects the values of pastoralism.
